IT’s YOU | Intercultural Tools and Social media for Youth in action
IT'S YOU is a European project funded by Erasmus+ that aims to promote the sense of community and increase the process of (online and offline) participation of young people who want to train their citizenship skills.
IT'S YOU responds to the horizontal priority related to the support of educators and youth workers. It targets youth workers dealing with young people from the EU and outside the EU, young people with migration stories, second-generation immigrants and other generations. The project works particularly with youth workers involved in intercultural education: a pioneering and growing profession that still has little recognition and support. The project will develop IT'S YOU Net, a European social network that boosts the exchange of experiences, ideas and reflections on intercultural citizenship issues, and the IT'S YOU CHALLENGE, a platform containing non-formal tools to assess and improve young people's intercultural citizenship skills.
Aside from Edit Value® (Portugal), the consortium of this project includes the following partners: Aretés (Italy), Dedalus Coporativa Sociale (Italy), Docete Omnes Foundation (Spain), Marak (Spain), Cyclisis (Greece) and DRPDNM (Slovenia).
