Happiness@Work | Positive Psychology based tools to improve the happiness and wellbeing of managers and employees in micro businesses
Happiness@Work project is an European project funded by Erasmus+ programme and aims to promote happiness at the workplace for SME managers as well as SME employees through a positive psycology theory.
The development of this pedagogical methodology will enable learners to acquire and develop new skills and competences such as: motivation, engagement, resilience to change, conflict resolution, teamwork, performance and creative thinking.
The consortium of this project includes, in addition to Edit Value® (Portugal), the following partners: Obelisk NV (Belgium), Inova Consultancy LTD (United Kingdom), Globalnet sp. z o.o. (Poland) and Consorzio Matera Hub Industrie Culturali e Creative (Italy).
