Skills4Succession | Innovative training to promote a sustainable succession in family based SMEs
Skills4succession is and European project funded by Erasmus+ program and, it aims to deepen the existing knowledge on the subject of succession in family businesses. This project intends to develop new tools and pedagogical resources aimed at current leaders, their successors and other key people working in the organization. These efforts will culminate in the creation of innovative solutions, based on new technological training tools, which combined with mentoring work will support leaders and their successors to ensure the successful proliferation of their succession plan.
The consortium of this project includes, in addition to Edit Value® (Portugal), the following partners: CTCP – Centro Tecnológico do Calçado de Portugal; CETEM – Centro Tecnológico del Mueble y la Madera (Spain); Inova Consultancy (United Kingdom); Matera HUB (Italy); Obelisk (Belgium); and, Globalnet E-learning Solutions (Poland).
