Open Feedback Culture | Promoting an Open Feedback Culture in European SMEs
Open Feedback Culture is a project funded by Erasmus+ and aims to promote an open feedback culture in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), empowering managers and employees to implement communication and growth tools in a psychologically safe working environment.
The Open Feedback Culture project aims to create a set of practical tools dedicated to non-specialists, enabling them to acquire the necessary skills to creatively and consciously use feedback techniques in the workplace. This project includes the development of toolkits for both individual training and management support, as well as pilot guides and workshops that will help organizations adopt an open and collaborative approach.
The project consortium includes, in addition to Edit Value (Portugal), the partners CTCP - Centro Tecnológico de Calçado de Portugal (Portugal), Obelisk NV (Belgium), Globalnet (Poland) and Agrupación Empresarial Innovadora de Fabricantes de Muebles y Afines de la Región de Murcia (Spain).
