Learn2Work – Adapt Production Schools Model to Attract Learners into Footwear Careers was a European project funded by Erasmus+ and has its main objective to foster the creation of a link between industry-generated job opportunities and non-formal education profiles, supporting the young people in contact with professions linked to the footwear industry, making them more appealing and attractive so that they can consider developing their professional careers in this sector.
