Edit Value® in the Top 100
A Edit Value® was distinguished as one of the best companies to work in Portugal for the second consecutive year. The election of the 100 best companies to work for in Portugal é is an annual initiative of the magazine Exame, in partnership with the consultancy Everis and AESE Business School.
During the application process, a multidimensional analysis was carried out combining the assessment of the overall satisfaction index of employees with the evaluation of the degree of responsible performance of the company in society. In this way, the various phases of selection included questionnaires to employees, questionnaires to the administration, visits to the company's premises and interviews conducted by a journalist to the management and to some randomly selected collaborators.
This award is a recognition of the success of the group’s corporate model, which since its genesis seeks to value its human capital, assuring that the employees are aligned with Edit Value® strategy.
